Why i have error when i try tu open a boot program ? (you do not have an appropriate license tu use this functionality )im using xp 2002 service pack 3 pls help me Thx

it is a missing file is there any dll or ocx files inthe folder you downloaded the booter in if so they need to be registered into the system32 folder using the Regsvr32 command "Regsvr32 NameOfFile.ocxORdll"if not itd be hard to tell you which file it is missing

also if you run any yahoo/homemade programs you will also need this installed
